I am Jariatu Sta'Llone, born and raised in Sierra Leone, Africa. In addition, I am currently a senior at Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas, Virginia and enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program they offer. Growing up I was always so in awe of caregivers/nurses/doctors as I see how much they care for their patients well-being and how they try to make an effort to make a difference in people's lives. From then on, I always have envisioned to be in one of those careers, seeking to give the help I am wholeheartedly willing to give and just be joyful in doing what I believe I will do best in. I am currently volunteering at the Kumon Math and reading Center of Manassas, where I tutor kids in Math and Reading. Also, I have been providing after school childcare for different families. I think it's important to provide children with Read more a fun, fulfilling and enriched environment. I am an enthusiastic and responsible person and look forward to meeting you and your kids! Over the years I have gained an appreciation for different cultures and am confident with challenging situations. I enjoy bringing my love of art, dance, outdoors, healthy foods, learning and exploration to children. Interactive choices and empowering others to be confident in their own freewill while still being respectful and honoring of those around them is key.
