Hi! My name is Carol. I love children and am an experienced mother myself to three beautiful daughters ages 17, 14, and 8. I have my degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, and worked in many jobs involving children, including camp counselor positions, daycare, babysitting, and nannying. In high school, I worked at the Abington Parks and Recreation in the Kinderland summer camp program with four and five year olds. I also babysat for about four years for a family with a four year old and an infant boy. I kept in touch with this family for several years, and they attended my wedding. After I was married, I babysat for another five month old boy whose mother thought I was the best sitter she ever had. Although she moved out of the area, we still keep in touch on and off after over twenty years! I also nannied for two Read more infants during college, one of which I watched  for over four years, the other for eight months. I was also a foster parent for an infant boy before my children were born. It was a short term placement for about four months and it was hard to see him go! I've been an at home mom with my children until last year, when I went back to work cooking and organizing for a wonderful family in Newtown.  Now, I am currently nannying part time for adorable two year old twins. I look forward to working more hours in the field I love, caring for infants and preschoolers!  I enjoy teaching kids and interactive learning. Even newborns enjoy being read to, and seeing bright colors and shapes in books. I love taking children outside to explore the world. Going on walks to the park or playground are all things I enjoy. I am fun-loving and interactive, and if I was your babysitter, I would treat your children with the same care and kindness as I would my own!
