Hi! My name is Matt. I have been working in the childcare field for over 17 years. I have been a childcare director for 9 years-with the same company for 13 years . (My students know me as "Mr. Matt")The 60+ hours of being a director have lead me to director burnout so I figured it is time to make a change. No job is to big or small for me. I have worked with ever age group from infants to school age. Diaper changes and potty training dont bother me because I spent years as a toddler teacher. I love watching children learn about the world around them. My goal as a manny is to facilitate a healthy happy learning environment .
