My name is Claudia, Recently my family changed their schedule needs and I’m looking for a nanny position. I'm was an elementary school teacher in Argentine and have been providing child care to families on the main line for the past eleven years. I have a reliable vehicle in good condition to take children to and from school, as well as any other activities. In my extensive experience of work I have never had an accident, and I have always been timely. I have experience taking kids to school, doctors appointments and other places. I enjoy doing outdoor activities, (park, shows, zoos, etc.) with children. I have experience of working with families that have 3 and 4 children. One was in Philadelphia, taking care of a baby and her 2 year old sister when the mother returned to work from maternity leave. I also took care of a baby with Down Syndrome. The baby had a therapist who would come two times a week to help her learn motor skills through various therapy exercises that were taught to me so that I help the baby do the therapy on the other days the therapist was not there. Another baby I took care of was born with a with a cleft lip and I had to be trained to learn to feed as this simple routine was transformed into something that needed special care and attention as it involved a feeding tube that was in his nose. In three months he had to undergo surgery, so he would not lose weight. I had to make sure he was fed enough. I have experience preparing formula milk, rubbing tummies when they have gas pains, what I learned with Brianna (the baby girl who has Down Syndrome) therapist served for all newborn babies. I usually record each significant activity of the baby. Especially in detail when the baby is under observation for illness and takes medicine, food (time, number and type of food provided to the baby), deposition, medicine doses. nap times, etc..
