As a child, I always found myself taking on responsibilities beyond my years due to various sicknesses within my family. Through these unfortunate circumstances, bloomed a passion for care giving, and helping others achieve their highest potential. At a young age, I discovered my love of cooking, cleaning, and organizing; all which helped relieve some stress from the family. My professional career path is within the nutrition and dietetics field, which shares many similarities to care giving- "you are what you eat", being one of my favorites!! I studied meal planning, provided nutrition education to elementary students, taught college students grocery shopping tips, and the many other applicable skills that I have learned over the years, contribute to my qualifications as a home maker and care giver. My past experiences as a babysitter throughout my high school and college careers, a tutor and teaching assistant for various nutrition related and Read more cooking classes over the years for all ages, as well as a teaching assistant for sustainable farming for children and families in the community, have all afforded me unique opportunities in which I apply to my care giving services. I am able to provide tutoring across many subjects, I have a very strong culinary background (special diets, allergies, and overall healthy, balanced meals), and most importantly, I am passionate about what I do- provide genuine care for children and the home.
