Hi, I'm Kiri. My friends and co-workers describe me as a friendly, extremely patient, and empathetic person. My first job ever was as a childcare attendant for an athletic club, after which I became a home caregiver for incredibly wonderful seniors who I enjoyed many good times with. I focused on completing degrees in both Fashion Accessories Design and Industrial Design from 2006-2012. Recently I have been caring for my nieces (3 & 8) and for young brothers (7 mos. and 2 yrs) and would like to find the right family to care for on a regular basis. I thoroughly enjoy introducing people of all ages to fun and appropriate activities, especially those involving arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, and anything outdoors. I was the oldest of four children as well as the neighborhood sitter from the time I was 13. The children I currently care for enjoy going on Read more day trips and doing crafty projects like decorating a fairy garden, making Shrinky Dinks, swimming, or playing all types of games. I am also an experienced make up artist and have done hygienic face painting for parties. Keeping children active and engaged is a priority for me, and I am adept at motivating them to do arts and crafts, play outside, read, put on plays, and dance to music. Developmental activities have inspired my most enjoyable design projects and I am always keeping up with fun new ways to help kids learn. I have cared for children from 4 months to 11 years and have experience with the special care and development needs required for infants. I can provide excellent references as well as a resume and even project samples to give you an idea of what my capabilities are. My CPR certification is current for Adult/Child/Infant including AED.
