I absolutely love children! I look young for my age, but I'm capable, responsible, fun and provide structure. I've been working as a child caregiver, babysitter and nanny since I was 13 years old. I've had all kinds of experience with children ages 0-18, including caring for 2 nephews as young children, a 3 week trip to India as a nanny, summer jobs with 12-hour days for 3 children ages 5 and under, caring for children for a week at a time, taking them to school, doing meal preparation, helping with schoolwork, playtime, bath time, reading, etc. I've even been a step-mom to an 8-year-old (until she was about 13), and love her to pieces. Currently I volunteer for childcare services for friends for occasional date nights, etc. I also mentor a small group of girls, though that is coming to an end now; we started when they were in Read more my 3rd-4th grade Sunday School class, and I've followed them all throughout school, and they are all graduating this year! We went out to lunch, on shopping runs, played in parks, climbed trees, talked about God, life, took their pictures often, watched movies, attended some school functions and sports, did driving lessons, rides, etc. Kids love me! I'm dependable, loving and can provide many references. I love real crime stories, reading, listening to historical fiction audio books, photography, movies, music, ancestry/genealogical discoveries and laughing! If you want someone a bit older and with more experience, I'm your girl!
