I would like to take a brief minute to describe a little about myself. I have over 15 years of experience in group childcare. I have my CDA and I am also enrolled part time at BCCC for ECE. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have a plethora of lesson plans, for all age groups. I do have a 2 1/2 year old of my own. I also have my own car, it is old but extrememly reliable. I also have a clean driving record and criminal/child abuse recored. I enjoy teaching children through play. Indoor, outdoor activities and activities that stimulate, gross motor, fine motor,cognitive and and intellectual development. I believe in routine which prevents problem behaviors. When problems do arise I believe in redirection, positive reinforcement and only use time out as a last measure.
