Hi! My name is Rachael, I am a 25 year old graduate of James Madison University with a BS in Health Sciences. I have babysat for numerous different families over the years with children ranging in age 1mo-10yr, and practically raised my now 15-year old little sister since she was an infant. For the past 4 years, I worked as the clinical coordinator and lead clinical assistant for an orthodontist in Abington, where most of my patients ranged in age 7-14. For the past 6 months, I have cared for an 18mo old with cerebral palsy, but recently switched gears as I embarked on my first year in grad school to acquire my doctorate in acupuncture. As such, I am in search of a position that will fit my schedule and generate income while in school. Additionally, I am CPR, AED, and first aid certified. Some of my hobbies include art, music, yoga, reading, hiking, and writing and I love to express myself through each of these outlets. I absolutely adore working with children, and being able to tap into my own inner child in spending time with them.
