Hello! My name is Anna and I am recent graduate of the Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA. I am a current student at Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA. I am the oldest of three kids, so I have been in charge of them for the majority of my life. I started babysitting when I was 12 years old and I've loved kids ever since! I am currently CPR & Babysitter certified. I have babysat children ranging from ages 15 months-12 years old and have babysat up to 5 children at a time. Two summers ago I was a nanny for a family of 3 elementary school boys. My duties included keeping the boys entertained, driving them to camps, making them food, tidying up the house, helping them with their summer work and making sure they were doing more than just staring at the TV all day! This past summer Read more I was a live in nanny for two children, ages 15 months and 4 years old, in East Hampton, NY. I was incharge of maintaining the cleanliness of the house, making meals for the children, driving the children places, waking up in the morning with the children, helping with other household projects and most importantly having fun with the kids! One of my biggest duties was entertaining the kids so the parents could take a break and relax. Not only do I have experience with children during the summer, but over all of my breaks I have been working with this family and other families. In high school I also worked with children a lot due to my participation in various after school tutoring programs for inner-city kids. So I have definitely been around all types of kids with all kinds of energies and personalities! I also happen to have a lot of energy too and tons of creativity to keep children occupied. I am comfortable around all types of pets. I have a valid license and I am also very comfortable with swimming, so during the summer I would not in the slightest be opposed to taking the kids to the pool if necessary. I am currently searching for a part time summer job near Philadelphia. I am finished school May 10, so I am available all days starting May 11th and ending August 25th.
