Childcare is my passion, I love kids, they are such a special gift to me and needs to be loved and cared for, which is what I do best. Their happiness, safety and well being is my main focus. I have been a Newborn Care Specialist/Nanny for over twelve years. I have experience in providing excellent care for kids including preparing bottles, feeding, diapering, bathing, calming, soothing (my employer of six years still calls me "the baby whisperer" because I could always calm her baby girl), scheduling feeding and sleeping patterns, laundering clothing and maintaining baby's room. I also do light housekeeping. Over the years I have worked with multiple families as a Baby Nurse, where I provided newborn care essentials such as swaddling, diapering etc. The length of my assignments varied based on the needs of each family. My hobbies are reading, walking, dancing, doing puzzles, painting and coloring with kids. I am CPR and First Aid Certified and a Certified Newborn Care Specialist. I have some college experience in Early Childhood Education. I am married with an adult son and a wonderful grandson whom I adore. I am very loving, have lots of patience, honest , helpful, easy to get along with, have a great sense of humor, dependable and come highly recommended. If the need arises I am very capable of making my own decisions for the safety and benefit of the child, but will also work with parents so that together we can provide the best care and love. Taking care of kids is a fulfilling part of my life because I get to do what I love so much. I am very happy sharing my expertise in the learning, growing, and development stages for the most precious years of their lives.
