Hello! My name is Chandra and I’m a recent transplant to Philadelphia. I’m 32 years old and have been providing childcare for nearly 20 years. I’ve worked with children in infancy through their teens. I have an MA in Art Education and am First Aid/CPR certified. I am a very creative and curious person, and think this is why I have a natural rapport with children. I love exploring, playing, reading, having conversations, and learning with kids. In my work with kids I encourage them to be themselves and pursue what interests them. I love being able to support them in this as a positive and supportive force in a child’s life! I’m a great cook and enjoy sharing this with kids and families. I have a laid-back personality and value both time spent being active outdoors and quietly reading, doing a puzzle or making art.
