We interviewed Tricia to nanny for our 3 month old son. On her interview, we could tell that Tricia had a lot of experience with infants by the questions she asked. She also said that she would be able to teach him baby sign language when he was old enough. We also had Tricia come by for a few hours to see how she did with our son. She was a natural. I felt I never had to explain anything to her. She just knew what to do. We unfortunately couldn't hire Tricia due to us moving from the area, but she will be a great help to any family that hires her.
