My name is Elizabeth and I am a full time student at Moody Bible Institute. My major is Ministry to Victims of Sexual Exploitation with the hopes of getting my Masters in Counseling. I am a high energy babysitter who loves to take care of others and playing duck duck goose. I have babysat for multiple famalies all through high school. I love to work with special needs children. My senior year I was blessed with the oppurtunity to care for a toddler adopted from Haiti who suffered from cerebral palsy. He also was in a huge body cast for his legs had to be reconstructed. When I moved to Chicago to start college, I got a nannying job for a family whose children had been adopted out of the foster care system. The children are ages 11,12,14. All the children have different mental health issues, school struggles and Read more behavior challenges. I have cooked, cleaned, transported, tutored and did laundry for this family. The family also has 14 cats, 3 dogs and bunnies. I am completely comfortable with taking care of animals. I love to volunteer in my free time. I am currently a once a week tutor at the Lydia Home, which is a group home for wards of the state in Chicago. I love helping and getting to know others. My past volunteer experience includes being a youth group leader for Jr. High kids from 10th-12th grade in high school and volunteering as a counselor every summer of my high school education at a camp for the inner city kids of Coatesville.
