I love children, learning about who each individual child is and connecting with them in kind, supportive ways. I majored in psychology in college and raised my own 2 children with cognizance of the developmental milestones. With my children and later my grandchildren, I supplied toys and also made up activities in line with their interests, abilities and in support of their continuing development. I have achieved success in the business world in sales of healthcare services and now want to work part time. I often think that I should have been a special ed teacher, which was something that I thought of doing when I was growing up.
