I am a teacher with a masters degree in education. I'm also a reading & spelling tutor. I've taught pre-school through the University level. I have all my clearances and local references. This is my second year homeschooling my own children. An 11 year old daughter and 7 year old son. They spend about an hour a day doing their school work and then we spend the rest of the day doing fun educational activities at home and in the community. We go to museums, parks, libraries, etc. I am also the leader of a homeschool playgroup that meets 1-2 times a week to play in the park and in the winter to play at indoor locations such as monkey joes, etc. I have traveled extensively in the US and am very active in the community through sports and hobbies.
