The position of caring for your daughter with autism grabbed my attention. I am a CNA with quite a bit of experience in working with children that have special needs. The company in which I worked for recently had given me a case with a boy that was 16 who had severe autism as well as other diagnosis'. I worked with him for a while until I have found a job with better pay. Every once in awhile the mother of this child will reach out to me to care for him when needed outside of company hours.
