Hello, my name is Becky! I absolutely adore children and have 14 years experience in childcare. I have provided care for children ranging from age infant to 10 years old, for close relatives as well as other families in my community. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. My coursework has provided many opportunities for me to expand my knowledge of children and how to provide appropriate care to them. My course requirements also involved close encounters with children in professional child care settings. As a student intern, I worked alongside child care providers and young children at three different locations in the state. I feel confident in the child care experience I have gained in the classroom, as well as in my community.
