Hello, my name is Lynn. I am a 54 year old mother of three. I have one biological son age 33, and two adopted daughters ages 15 and eight. I also have two beautiful granddaughters ages seven and four. I have been a licensed foster parent with the state of Rhode Island for several years. I have fostered three children. Two were newborns and the other was 2 1/2 years old. I was extremely blessed to be able to adopt two of these beautiful little girls. The third child was reunited with her biological parents after I had fostered her for nine months. I am also a CASA volunteer (court appointed special advocate for children in DCYF custody.) I have previously volunteered with the Big Sisters Association and also with Friends Way, which is a bereavement support group for children. Most of my working career was spent working for orthopedic Read more surgeons as a cast tech. I stopped working when I adopted my two daughters. I am now anxious to return to work and would love the opportunity to work as a nanny, as my greatest joy has always been loving and nurturing children.I have no formal experience as a nanny, however, I believe my life experience and my love and dedication to children speaks for itself.
