Hello! My name is Kali I am a 21 year old soon to be graduate of Sacred Heart University. In May, I will graduate with a BS in Health Science, and I wish to pursue a career in nursing, which requires continued education. While working on my dream of becoming first a CNA and then a registered nurse I will be continuing to work in child care. I connect very well with children ranging from toddlers to pre-teens and enjoy spending time with them. I have a lot of experience with children being the oldest in my family. I have also been a babysitter and nanny for a few families over the past three years and have really enjoyed working with those children and families. In college I was part of Habitat for Humanity which works with giving a hand up not a hand out to low income families who have a dream of becoming their own home owner. I volunteered for Rise, which is a mentor program for high school aged people with mental disabilities. I am also a part of Theta Phi Alpha Fraternity, which is very active in volunteering on both a local and national level. I really loved working with all of these programs to help out in any way that I can. I enjoy and would like to play board games, video games, craft, play sports, ect which I would use to entertain and interact with your children! I am very responsible person that can provide fun and safe care for children of all ages. I have to leave the family I was previously working for due to moving back to Rhode Island from Connecticut. kali watched my daughter all summer 2 days out of 5. She is wonderful! She is very responsible, prompt, energentic, and caring. She took her places, kept her active, all the while teaching her manor and all other things a young lady should be taught. I recommend her highly and look forward to seeing her back next year.
