I have been in love with working with children since I was young. I always begged my mom to find me babysitting jobs. During high school I worked at a local church in their after school program (kindergarten - 8th grade). During my college years I worked at a local daycare with newborns to 3 year-olds. I received two college degrees, an A.A.S. in Medical Assisting and a B.S. in Exercise Science/Athletic Training. My degrees required me to receive my First Aid and CPR certifications several times. I am not currently certified but I would be willing to get one or both before starting. My greatest training with children occurred when I had my beautiful daughter in February of 2010. She is getting ready to start kindergarten in the fall (I am so heartbroken) and I would love to find a Nanny position to fill my time while she is Read more at school.
