Hi there! My name is Elise. I'm 23 years old and I recently graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising. I moved to Greer from Michigan a few months ago following my fiancée for his career. Needless to say, advertising jobs are not as abundant in the area as expected so I have decided to pursue something I am comfortable with and love. I absolutely love children and find so much joy spending time with them. I love the idea of exploring the community together with your child taking them to parks, zoos, libraries and museums as well as providing caring, stimulating care in your home environment and supervising play dates. I have a great deal of experience caring for children. Previously, I worked as a Nanny for an 18-month-old boy over the summer of 2016-17. During this time, I also nannied for my employer’s sister's two Read more children, ages 4 and 10 months. I have CPR certification and received my lifeguard certification since in the summer of 2015. I have worked as a Life guard for toddler’s through the Grosse Pointe Public Schools swim program. I was a Camp Counselor at a local park during the summer of 2015 for children ages 2-7. Additionally, I volunteered in the infant/toddler room during church services on Sundays at my church. During high school, I was involved volunteering in the Detroit Public School system where I assisted in the self-contained autism classroom. Working with underserved children through this program was certainly an enriching experience. I also have experience babysitting for many local families during my middle and high school years. I am mature and responsible and would welcome the opportunity to work for your family in this important role: the care of your child.
