I have worked within childcare since I was in high school. During that time I served as a mother's helper for 3 years. When in I college I worked at a child care center as an assistant I also worked at a learning center providing tutoring to students with learning disabilities. My college position resulted in a full time job following college where I became program coordinator for a preschool program for students with language delays, behavioral/attention deficits and autistic spectrum disorder. I designed curriculum and provided direct services to these students. These services included shadowing them into regular education preschools and providing 1:1 behavioral intervention.
