Though I am the biological mother of four children, I chose to raise an additional four and there were times that they all lived in the house at the same time. To say our family was a replica of the Brady Bunch would be inaccurate, but that is because every day was real and not a script. Due to this, I understand the need to learn each individual personality and know that what will inspire one, may not work for another. My children range from 21 to 32 and in addition, I have eight grandchildren that are between a few months and 9 years old. Even though I am experienced, I believe that we can always learn something new, so I am open to trying new things. As for preferences, I would like to watch children at my home and days and times are flexible to needs since not everyone works 9-5. I live in a nice subdivision in the Elgin area with a backyard that has a swingset, a couple of climbing toys, and a sandbox. Additional toys and a fence are being added later this year, There is a small dog and a cat in the home, but no smoking.
