Hi! My name is Hailie Speed. I am an online college student. I just resigned from my job as a gymnastics coach due to me being a then on-campus student. I have always had a huge love for children! Because of my passion, I am pursuing a degree in Elementary Education! How exciting! As far as my experience goes, I have a ton of it. Being the oldest of four children, babysitting for neighbors, coaching young girls, the list goes on forever. I was a Summer camp leader, this past summer, which consisted of creating lesson plans/ games, etc. If my passion wasn't connecting and watching children go, I would not be here!
