Hi there! My name is Skyler Trice and I'm currently finishing up my freshman year at the University of Connecticut. I'm studying Human Development and Family Studies with a focus in child development. I will be at home in Simpsonville, SC this summer and I am looking for a family to nanny for. I have been babysitting from a very young age, as I have younger siblings and cousins that I often times looked after. I have worked in three different daycare settings in the past year (two simultaneously, one on my college campus). As much as I love working with kids in a classroom setting, the one-on-one bond that you get when just spending each day with only one or two children at a time is something that I cherish, which is why I am looking to nanny for a family rather than work for another daycare this summer. Read more I have the most experience with toddlers, (12-24 months), but I have also had some experience with infants as young and 3-4 months and children as old as 12. I am very comfortable with children of all ages and I will adapt to your child's unique personality and needs very quickly. I do not currently have my own car, however I do have a driver's license and a clean driving record. If you do choose to allow me to drive your car I am a very safe and cautious driver and can assure you that your child's safety is in my best interest. I do sometimes have access to a car I share with my father, so if it is important to you that I use my own car to transport your children from place to place, I will simply to know ahead of time what days I will need to bring my car and that can be arranged with little difficulty. I'm no expert in the kitchen, but I will be able to prepare basic meals for your child if need be. I am also willing to do basic housework (laundry, etc.) I hope that I can be a nanny for your children this summer of 2018!
