My dad worked a full time job to take care of my younger sister and I since I can remember. It started about 2008, when the recession hit and my dad was working hard to make sure we could still enjoy what we have. I was only 13 and had to step up to the plate as a caregiver while he was gone. Sometimes that included 14 hours a day. Luckily, Lexi and I went to the same school so it was not too difficult t. It was difficult but it was a learning experience and it provided me with the love I now how for being a nanny. Since then, I have watched my 3 cousins, Kiera, Kaden, and Olivia. They are small humans with loads of energy. For them, I would make sure they got onto the bus in the morning with their correct backpacks and lunchbox. I would be at the house when they got off the bus in the afternoon and play outside normally until dusk. When it got colder, we would play hide and seek or trivia. They usually beat me. I loved every second of it.
