I have raised two daughters and baby sat children off and on as a young adult. I have a BS degree in Elementary Eduction and K-12 Visual Arts. I have an MA in Educational Psychology and Agency Counseling. I have worked in the public school system. I am currently not working, but would prefer to have a part time live in position as a caregiver. I enjoy children. I like to do arts and crafts with them and read with them. I believe in keeping the same routine that the child is use to with the parent in mind. I maintain a very relaxed atmosphere for the children and I try to bond with the child so that he or she knows that I truely care for them. I take pleasure in feeding them and making sure their needs are met. I like to get to know the parents well Read more and understand their traditions and parenting type. I am a christian. I like to prayer time daily by myself or with family which often includes some christian television show. I respect others views on religion as well. I am not racist or political. I have family that I enjoy seeing and spend a lot of time with them as well when not working. I am smoke free, drug free, and alcohol free! I do take some medications but they do not affect my abilty to be responisble for your child. I love to swim, go to the movies, and theme parks. I also love to go to the zoo. I have patience with children. I don't mind doing homework with them and I like to engage them in conversation about their day. I love horses, dogs, cats and other pets as well. I will not clean a liter box so please don't ask. lol I have had a lot of education so I am overqualified to be a Nanny, but I have spent so much time around little ones, it has become something I identify with very well. I love to travel if you need help during vacation with the little ones. I can relocate. I have my own car. I would like to have my own room and bathroom in the home or very close near by for convience. I have a cell phone and computer and clothes and a few pieces of furniture I might bring if nessasary. I would prefer part time hours but be in the home or nearby if needed. I would be willing to be available 24/7 for your child. I would put him or her as a priority in my daily life. I would grow to love them and care for them as if they were my own family. I hope you consider me for the Nanny of your children. I know it is very hard this day and time to find people you feel comfortable enough to take care of your children while you have to be away at work.God Bless
