Hello :) My name is Danielle, this is my first time getting a job as a nanny. However, I don't lack experience. I have been babysitting since I was little and I have worked in 2 child care facilities, 1 of which was a preschool for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. I graduated with a bachelors in psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington (located in Farmington, Maine). Since I graduated I have been spending my time teaching and learning from my students and enjoying every second of it. My last job was at a program called Waban Projects-Fraser Ford Child Development Center and I loved it very much. The only reason I left was because I relocated from Maine to Tennessee. I was a teachers assistant/acting teacher in a classroom with 8 children who needed assistance due to developmental and behavioral issues. Watching the children grow Read more and achieve goals was a blessing to experience. I want to continue working with children because it is my passion. I love the joys of seeing a child grow and experience life at its fullest. I am all about having fun and allowing a child to be exactly that, a child. However, I do want to continue to follow the rules set in place by you, the parent, because children need structure, as well.
