I am currently a Stay at Home Mom for my 17mo. old son. I love being with my child and providing an environment of love and learning however since finances require I go back to work I want to find a family that I can share my experience of teaching and parenting. I can offer a family in need of a nanny years of child care experience plus the peace of mind of having an experienced parent. As a teacher it is my job to assess and provide different learning tools based on the individual needs of the child, to prepare engaging lessons and activities that apply cross-curricular teaching and make learning a natural part of play, this most especially for infants. As a parent my husband and I employ a variety of parenting philosophies and methodologies in order to meet the needs of our unique child (i.e. Natural and Read more Positive Parenting) Through careful research and first-hand trial and error we have cherry-picked the values that are most important to us and have combined them to suit our family. Our methods include modeling desired behavior, empowering our son to discover and draw on his inner strengths through our guidance. We allow controlled exploration of risk taking and testing abilities and provide times of free play to encourage imagination. We love to be out in nature and try to limit screen time as much as possible. It is important to us to build trust and strengthen the bond with our child by meeting his needs quickly and consistently , and always show acceptance and love to our child regardless of actions.
Trust & safety
We encourage parents to conduct their own screenings using the background check tools. See what each of the badges covered, or learn more about keeping your family safe by visiting the Trust & Safety Center.
