Hey, My name is Justice Sharkey and I am a 20 year old college student. I am currently working towards being a neonatal nurse practitioner. I have 8 years of baby sitting experience with ages ranging from 4 weeks to 10 years of age. I am responsible, caring babysitter. I do not go by the method most baby sitters do, which is sit the child in front of a TV and call it a day. I am creative, I interact with the kids and make their experience more enjoyable by creating an active environment. I am reliable and react excellent under pressure. I have 8 years of experience and know how to think/act if an unplanned circumstance arise. I am patient and authoritative so any specific instructions left by the parent will be done. I handle bad behavior the way the parent request, that way there's no misunderstandings. I am Read more attentive of the child/children the whole time that they're in my care, and do believe that baby sitting is not all fun and games. Therefore I engage and address in a constructive manner and act as a role model.
