I recently relocated from the St. Louis area as my fiances main work officer is in the Memphis area. I am transitioning into a new career field to accommodate our family unit. I am the mother of a lively 6-year-old daughter and rambunctious 5-year-old stepson. I have many friends whom I have babysat for on various occasions, ages 2-12. I am also the auntie to a 13-year-old niece and four nephews ages 13, 11, 10 and 3. I have 15 years experience as a public servant with law enforcement, public and private security, a probational officer at a juvenile detention center and as a fire fighter. These work experiences allowed me to grow in my compassion, patience and understanding. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. While in private security, I was an instructor and held a supervisory position. These two roles required me to have great communication, Read more encouraging and motivating skills. In addition to being self-directed, having a high work ethic and being a trustworthy individual. While at the detention center I tutored and mentored elementary into intermediate school general studies. I have owned dogs of all sizes and personalities along with cats, a bird, turtles and fish. I am an active, easy going and energetic person.
