I have nearly 30 years of experience working with special needs students in a self contained classroom as well as a general education classroom. I have a Bachelors degree in special education but decided not to teach. I was a teacher assistant before becoming an ABA therapist. I am planning to attend school this summer to pursue my master's to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I love my job because I have always had a passion for children. I love watching them grow and helping them to become as independent as possible as well as being successful. It is such a joy to see the progress. Being a mom and the many years of work experience with children is what makes me good at my job.
