Hello I'm Shelby, I have been working in a childcare facility for almost 3 years now. I have been baby sitting for families from before I was even capable of getting a real job. I am CPR Certified and have many trainings that I am required by state to have, such as SIDS, Shaking Baby, Brain Development and many more, those are just the basics. I have experience in working with Infants all the way up to School age. I have also cared for Twins and have been in a class with anywhere from 4 kids up to 26 kids alone due to state ratio so number is not a problem I can multi task. Working in the child care facility we are limited to no TV so with that being said it gives me a better opportunity to work with the kids with out any distractions. My job is Read more to encourage children to be Independent and guide them thru the milestones of life. It is important to maintain a safe work environment and be aware of the Children's surroundings at all times. It is also my job to do whatever is asked by parent. Whether that may be Housekeeping, such as (Laundry, and Dishes) will be available if needed. I can do Meal prep, Bath and Bed time as well If scheduled during that time.
