My name is Carli. I live in the Denton area. I have two teenage children of my own. I have worked with children all my life. I started baby-sitting at the age of 12 and stayed with the families until the kids were grown. After high school, I worked at a private day care, open only for an Airlines' employees. I was a primary caregiver in the infant room, 6 weeks to 18 months, and went to school in the evenings for my Early Childhood associate degree. I left there to attend school to pursue my Elementary Education degree. I stayed home with my 2 children until my youngest child was in 3rd grade. I then went to work as a pre-K and kindergarten teacher's aide, moving up to Title 1 Aide, working one-on-one with small groups of children. We moved to the Flower Mound area in 2008 was a Read more teacher at a Montessori school, working mainly in the beginner class, but subbed in every class. I have also worked one-on-one as a behavioral trainer to a little boy with Autism. I have always been involved heavily with my children's involvements, Church VBS, church nursery, Sunday school and volunteering at my children's school helping with field trips, room mother, PTA, and any other thing they needed. I have been a full-time Nanny for five families. Children's ages ranging from birth to 5 years old and older siblings. I specialize in newborns but will work with and love all ages. I love pets, and have reliable transportation. I have experience with over night care. I believe it's very important and healthy that children be at home with a loving, responsible individual that can provide tender loving care, education, fun and safety with a balance of social events.
