Hi There, In college I worked in a nursery and provided care to children ages 6 months to 3 years old. I was responsible for assisting the main teacher in a room of up to 10 children at a time. I'm comfortable changing diapers, finding fun activities to do, or just "hanging out." Once my time at the nursery ended, I worked in a ceramic studio for 3 years that held child parties for ages 4 and up. I was responsible for managing the time schedule, teaching children how to paint ceramics and making sure everyone had a great time. As the oldest in my family, if you count babysitting siblings and cousins I'd say I have about five years of experience. I'm comfortable working with children who have ADHD, Aspergers and/or dyslexia. I'm a strong believer in enjoying life and experiencing the outside world. I'm a vegetarian, but I enjoy cooking all types of food and experimenting in the kitchen.
