Esther was the full-time nanny for my daughter this last year. She was excellent. Esther is creative, patient, loving, nurturing, engaging, responsible, and trustworthy. I really can't sing her praises highly enough. Perhaps the best testament of her quality as a caregiver is that my daughter absolutely LOVES her. Esther kept my daughter engaged with a variety of activities, like trips to the park, the pool, and the children's museum. She also helped in my daughter's development, such as teaching her to put her toys away, use the potty, and chew her food. My daughter is now in preschool, but we keep up with Esther-- their reunions are joyful. You can tell how much affection they have for one another. I have a tremendous amount of confidence in Esther as a caretaker. You would be lucky to have her watching your kids.
