I am 21 years old. I am a full time student at the University of Texas at Austin seeking my degree in Biology with a certificate in business. In my free time I love to cook, meet friends for dinner, or watch a good football game. I am the oldest of 5. A lot of my experience babysitting comes from helping with my younger siblings. I played a huge role in their newborn and toddler stages. Family is very important to me and I am very close with all of my parents and siblings. In addition to helping my family I was a summer camp councelor for the past three summers. This job consisted of entertaining 50-60 children ages 5-12. I created fun games and activities to play with the kids such as dancing, singing, different artwork projects, magic tricks, board games, science projects and many more. Recently I have Read more been working close with two families. One had a 7 week old newborn and a three year old boy. My job consisted of diaper changes, bottle feeding, dinner preparations, nighttime rituals, laundry and light cleaning. The other family is a single mom and an 11 year old girl. We like to talk and swim but I primarily take her to school and her afterschool activities. Through all of this experience I am CPR, first aid and water safety certified. I am a fun loving person with great work ethic looking to make some extra money. I want to become part of the family and help in anyway I can!
