I'm a recent UT graduate, registered dietitian nutritionist, and aspiring pediatric Certified Diabetes Educator. I'm spunky and creative, and would love to help nourish your child's interests. Not only have I been living with type I diabetes for 18+ years, but I also spent 3 summers on staff at Camp Sweeney, a residential camp for children with diabetes. I've interned as a nutrition student at the Dell Children's pediatric endocrinology clinic. I love serving as a positive role model for children living with diabetes and sharing my story with both children and their families. I have experience working with children with diabetes (and without diabetes) of all ages, including with toddlers and children with other concurrent special needs.
