Hi! My name is Christian Marie, I am 22 years old and I am a recent college graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Sociology. I am originally from San Antonio and I now live in Austin. I have always enjoyed working with kids - it's energizing, rewarding, and overall such a great learning experience! I have a lot of experience in babysitting and tutoring. I was most recently employed by the YMCA as a Program Director for an Elementary After-School program in Boulder, Colorado and during my junior year of high school I also participated in a program where I served as an assistant to a kindergarten class. Because of both my educational and professional experiences, especially as a Sociology major, I try to facilitate a safe and open atmosphere for kids that will enable room for learning, growing, and having fun!
