I love children, and believe they are a gift from God. I have an amazing husband, and wonderful family that I deeply love, though the children are all grown up now. I am loving, kind, and patient, I listen and communicate well. I have 6+ years of paid childcare experience from baby sitting to full time childcare . This care includes infants, infant multiples , toddlers, and elementary age school children. I engage with children I care for by getting down on their level to play and communicate with them, using toys, games, imaginative play, arts and crafts. I don't use tv, videos, or screen time in my daily care of my charges. I love to cuddle, and one of my favorite nanny things is to rock and or sing a child to sleep at nap time. My certifications are up to date and include CPR, First Aid, and water safety. My Flu and TDAP Immunizations are also current as of last fall. As a nanny, you know you do your job well when 2 things happen; 1. Your charges are so comfortable with and around you that they accidently call you mom. 2. The parents refer to you a as a gem.
