I have been working with children since I was 12 years old! My work has ranged from working as a nanny for a 7 month old, leading a kids summer playwriting group, providing swim instruction to infants up to age 12, and providing residential and social support to young adults with learning differences and autism spectrum disorders. I truly enjoy empowering children, helping them find their strengths and encouraging creativity, self-sufficiency, and curiosity by engaging them and including them in everyday activities such as cooking, cleanup, putting away belongings, dance and music, making art and crafts, spending time outdoors.
