The following comments were written by my brother-in-law on my behalf: Despite not having children myself, I've always provided care for other children from those of my 2 older sisters to the children of employers whose time limited their ability to provide the care and nurturing their children needed. One of my nephews was actively involved in the FIRST robotics program in high school and now studying engineering at UT Brownsville and another is an excellent student at the South Texas Academy for Medical Professions Magnet High School. I believe my care and nurturing helped established a strong foundation for both of them. I am confident that I have done the same for Hernandez, Cantoral, and Macias families' children.
