I've lived in Cedar Park for 5+ years. However, I've been in the Austin area for over 9 years. I have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Growing up I spent a lot of time taking care of my younger brother and babysitting at least one night a week for others. After taking early retirement from the business world I found I had to much time on my hands so I took over the care of two of my grandchildren until they started school. Realizing how much pleasure I got from caring for & teaching young children I decided to join Sittercity. During the past 5 1/2 years I've cared first for a darling girl who was 3 months old when I started and two years old when she entered a school program. Secondly I managed to keep up with a very spunky boy from the time he was one Read more year old until he started school at three and one half. The children & I now keep regular play dates.
