I am a qualified nanny who loves working with children and serving families with my time. I have been a full-time nanny for wonderful families over the years. Currently, I am the nanny for a family with two girls, ages 2 and 5. I watch the 2-year-old from 8 AM-5 PM, incorporating crafts, reading, and lots of outside play. While at home, I also assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, pet care, and carpool for the 5-year-old at the end of the day. Previously, I was the nanny for two years to a sweet family with 4 children (12 years, 10 years, 8 years, and 5 years). My duties included assisting with home-school curriculum and activities in English and Spanish studies, babysitting when needed, coordinating creative games and bible studies, assisting with errands and pick-ups/drop-offs, and helping the family with any extra duties on a daily basis. I have Read more worked with all ages over the past 8 years. I cared for toddlers and newborns on Sundays at my church, where I facilitated Sunday school lessons and basic childcare. In addition, I was a summer camp counselor for two years where I mentored preteen and teenage girls. My hope is to benefit my employer with the knowledge that I have gained over the years, as well as working with a joyful heart with children. I believe that children are so impressionable at such an early age, and I desire to leave a memorable impression on families with my passion for working with children. I have been married to my sweet husband for three years, and we hope to start our own family in a couple of years.
