Hey there! My name is Rachel Collins and I'm a recent college graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Psychology. I just came back from a seven month volunteer trip in Uganda, Africa where I taught and cared for 37 beautiful kids at the Malayaka House orphanage. I've worked with kids ranging from two months old to 18 years, some with special needs and many others without...and there is not one I love more than the other. Before Uganda, I worked as a temporary teacher and tutor for an elementary school in Spring, TX. There, I was offered a position as a first grade teacher! However, I decided to turn down the position and reside in Uganda for a little bit longer. I have plans to extend my education in the nursing field in Dallas, TX so I will be here for the long haul!
