I have been babysitting and nannying for about 11 years. I started when I was 10 years old being a mommy's helper and gradually gained experienced throughout the years. I was a junior counselor and then a camp counselor for about three years so I have experience in group settings with multiple children. I have experience with infants all the way through 13 and 14 years old. I have experience with both genders. I am also a Child Development major at the University of Arkansas and will be a senior in the fall so I know a lot about the development of children and watching how and when they hit their developmental milestones. I have lab observations for all of my classes so I am around children all the time and even have some experience with special needs children through a Children with Disabilities class.
