For the past 3 years I have worked in the lead position at an elementary school after school program through the Boys and Girls club called SKC (School Kids Connection in Fayetteville, Arkansas while attending the University of Arkansas. I cared for 70+ kids at a time having to plan and organize a schedule for them, help them with their homework, look out for their safety, and oversee my staff. I was in charge of the summer camp as well which worked with kids from 12 different schools. I have worked with kids in preschool to high school and I was the first Employee of the Month within our program. I have also been babysitting children since I was in middle school along with being a camp leader for multiple summers. I was a nanny one summer for one of my high school teachers children.
