TL;DR: She's great. I will definitely reach out to her again when I need care. Miranda got a little lost driving up to our house and still arrived early, as she was responsible enough to give herself a buffer. The kids (3,3 and 5) got along with her immediately, and she was very proactive about finding positive games. My wife and I also had an immediate positive first impression. She's alert, energetic, and easy to talk to. While we were out I texted her and she responded promptly. We came home to find the kids well taken care of and sleeping happily (in PJ's). Also: I found her on LinkedIn, and know and respect some of the folks she's connected to. She's an authentic, reliable woman, and I'm happy to be able to call her when I need help.
