Hi! My name is Chloe Yun and I'm currently attending the University of North Texas. I'm at my junior year and I'm a sociology major. I've always loved working with kids starting from middle school and up. During high school, that was when I was heavily involved with helping out with kids at church such as being a VBS leader for 2nd graders for three years. I babysat at the adult's retreat center at Pine Cove our church goes to every year and watched their kids during worship and activities. I have also babysat many family friends' kids, my previous pastor's kids (twins plus 2 older kids), and my neighbor's elementary daughter many times my senior year and the summer after my freshman year of college. I work well with all ages, especially infants through elementary. I have a lot of experience working with kids. I volunteered at a local Read more community center for underprivileged kids for three years out of my high school life. We did various activities such as arts and crafts, tutoring, feeding the kids, going to the parks, etc. I have volunteered at an orphanage in China one summer as well where we did similar activities (arts and crafts, making lunches, playing with the kids, etc). Lastly, I have babysat a lovely family with twins (one boy, one girl) that have hired me through Sittercity and have worked with them for over a year during my sophomore and part of my junior year of college. With those experiences, it has taught me a lot of patience, love, and care for every child around me. I work very well with kids and can confidently say I would make a great babysitter who won't disappoint! (One side note, I am extremely allergic to cats...)
